At BioSerum Labs, we strive to offer seamless and reliable diagnostic services. We understand that plans may change and aim to accommodate cancellations and refund requests with fairness and clarity.
1. Appointment Cancellation
1.1 User-Initiated Cancellations
- You may cancel your lab test appointment at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- To cancel, contact us at bioserumlabs@gmail.com or call 6205014610.
- Timely cancellations will be eligible for a 100% refund of any advance payment made.
1.2 Late Cancellations or No-Shows
- If cancellation is made less than 4 hours before the appointment or in case of a no-show, refund eligibility is subject to management discretion.
- In case of home sample collection, any technician travel costs already incurred may be deducted.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
- Canceled bookings as per the policy above.
- Unavailability of service or test from our end.
- Duplicate payments or technical issues resulting in overcharge.
2.2 Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
2.3 Non-Refundable Cases
- Tests that have already been conducted or samples collected.
- Service denial due to incorrect or incomplete address/contact details.
- Offers or promotional packages once availed.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- You may request to reschedule your appointment at no extra charge, provided it's done at least 2 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling is subject to technician availability and service location feasibility.
